3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

This means the bonus funds must be wagered 10 times before they can be withdrawn. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; the wagering requirement in this case is ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each user may participate in a bonus offer only once.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash or withdrawn — they may only be used for gameplay.
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
- If bonus abuse is found, d71 1 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Weekly and Seasonal Promotions
d71 1 runs various promotions from time to time, including weekly reload rewards, cricket festival bonuses, Monday reload offers, and special birthday gifts. Each offer has its own terms and validity period. It is mandatory to read the specific terms of an offer carefully before participating.
6 Betting and Game Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
Only bets that have been successfully confirmed on the d71 1 platform will be considered valid. If confirmation does not occur due to a technical error or connection interruption, the bet will be cancelled as invalid. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cash-out option applies under specific rules.
6.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement
If any cricket match, football game, or other event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, bets will be settled according to d71 1's established rules. In such cases, the original stake is generally refunded.

7 Account Suspension and Closure Rules

Any member may request to close their account at any time. The balance in the account at the time of the request can be withdrawn (subject to wagering requirements being met). A self-exclusion option is also available for temporary breaks.
7.2 Suspension or Closure by d71 1
d71 1 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Evidence of a breach of terms or fraud

- Submitting false identity or documents
- Indications of money laundering or suspicious financial activity through the account
- Evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation

8 Limitation of Liability

- Service disruption caused by internet connectivity issues
- Losses resulting from technical faults on the part of third-party game providers
- Financial loss caused by the user's own negligence or error
- Service downtime due to force majeure — meaning natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances
The service may be temporarily unavailable during server maintenance or upgrades. d71 1 will make every effort to notify users in advance.
